At Esports Wales, we are committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful environment for all participants. Our Code of Conduct is designed to ensure the integrity of the esports community and set clear standards for behaviour both on and off the field of play.
Players, coaches, and support staff are expected to adhere to the Esports Wales Code of Conduct, which aligns with the principles of the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) Code of Conduct. This includes:
Fair Play: Competing with respect and fairness, both during matches and within the community.
Integrity: Upholding the integrity of the sport by avoiding any form of cheating, match-fixing, or other corrupt practices.
Respect: Treating fellow participants, staff, and fans with respect, and refraining from any form of discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
Responsibility: Ensuring that all actions, both online and in-person, reflect the values of professionalism and sportsmanship.
By following these standards, players contribute to a positive and sustainable esports culture. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary actions in line with Esports Wales’ policies.
