Here is a quick guide on how we recommend you selecting your best team from your school and give everyone a fair chance.
- Collect Information – What games do they play, what roles do they play, what ranks do they play. Will they only play with friends etc.
- Trials / Friendlies – This gives you the oppertuntiy to test out team rosters.
- Always having some Subs who can step in.
- Annoucing your final team
- Giving people who didn’t make the team an way to still take part.
Collecting the information
Creating an internal form that can be used to collect information on the games students play, the ranks and any other information you may need to consider.

Only schools and colleges based in Wales are able to compete within the Student Esports Championships.
The league is free to enter. School/College Membership may have a small fee in future to cover admin and finals.
Yes. Teams must consist of only students from your education instution that fit into the correct age category.
Depends on the title. Details in the rulebook.
This league works off a fixed scheduling system, which means that games will take place at a fixed time. If a team doesn’t turn up at the scheduled time, and both insitutions can’t arrange a new time within that week. The game will be forfeited to the opposition team.
We follow the minimum age game rating. Our age categories consist of a Under 16 League and a Post 16 League. Please source parental consent is required for anyone under the required age.
