1. First Aid Kit: There should be at least one first aid kit at every training session or event.
2. First Aid Training: Clubs should encourage members, coaches, and volunteers to attend a first aid training course. These courses typically cost around £30. 
3. Incident Report Form: Keep an Incident Report Form up to date and record any accidents.

First Aid Hints and Tips

A first aid kit should be practical, easy to carry, clean, and organized for easy access in an emergency. It should not be a bag that carries all sorts of potions and lotions.
